Hard boiled eggs are great protein snacks. You can eat them every day. They have a lot of calcium, vitamins D and E, and strong antioxidants. A hard boiled egg contains only 70 calories and 6 grams of protein. You can also eat them after a workout because they are even better for your body at that time.
They have a lot of proteins and are very healthy. But just don’t eat too much of them because they have a lot of calories, as well. It does not matter what kind of nuts you eat, they all have a lot of proteins, just choose your favorite ones. Nuts are also high in fiber, vitamins and minerals, especially almonds, and will keep you feeling full longer.
Everybody remembers eating peanut butter as a kid but now you probably think it has too many calories and will make you fat, so you quit eating it. But hear what, you should not exclude it from your diet because it is very healthy and full of proteins. Eat 2 tablespoons of peanut butter a day which will provide 7 grams of protein. And as a plus it will wake some sweet childhood memories.
This is probably one of the most undervalued foods. They are very delicious, also rich in minerals like iron and manganese, fiber and vitamins. You can add a handful of pumpkin seeds to a homemade bread, a delicious meal, or just eat them in raw condition. You may be surprised how delicious they actually are.
