1. Clean your skin gently at least once a day
Use a cleanser to wash your face before going to bed. Give it some time to work and do not wash it away or wipe it dry. Sleep with it over the night and in the morning simply splash your face with lukewarm water. If you have oily skin, however, it is another story. You should wash your face at least two times a day – in the morning and in the evening. And if you have some spare time during the day, it won’t be a problem if you use a wet wipe to absorb all the oiliness from your skin.
2. Reapply sunscreen
Do not think that you should only apply sunscreen once on your face when you are on the beach. The sun is very dangerous for your skin and if you want to prevent skin aging or any skin problems, apply sunscreen even if you are not on the beach but just having a walk, for example. 6. Sleep 7 hours a night
