Bold Bronze Look

I have to admit something: the place where I live is very cold right now and I haven’t applied my makeup since last week. I go to work without makeup, then I go to the gym, then I come back home and my face still stay nude, the only product that I apply on my face is a simple moisturizer. These no-makeup days made me feel terrible. I think that my self-esteem lowered, which leads to poor performance at work. The good part about my work is that I don’t work directly with people, which means that I’m allowed to look bad in the office, but that’s not the point. The point is that I don’t feel well looking like that, but every morning, when I get out of the warm bed, I try to get dressed the fastest way and I feel too cold and lazy to apply the makeup. But this has to stop now. I found a great makeup design that will match my eyes and it is also easy to be created. Let me show you the steps one by one. Here we go:

  • First, you have to deal with the eyebrows. Enhance them with color if needed.

  • Then, cover the lash line with a thick black liner. If the size of your eyes isn’t too small, you can apply the color from the inner corner of the eye to the outer. It will be better this way, because the black color will work as a back background of the main color.

  • And the main color is the golden shimmer. Apply it right on top of the black background, no further. Now the golden shimmer looks like a bronze, but don’t worry, that’s a wanted effect because of the chilly weather.

  • Smooth out the color with a beige shadow.

  • Then, draw a smudges wing at the outer corner of the eye.

  • Highlight the brow bone and the inner corner of the eye. Finish the look with a coat of mascara.

  • Done!
