If your shaky hand is making your relationship with liner a difficult one, not to fear: it is time to master the cat eyeliner for big eyes in just a few simple steps.

Before you begin, use a primer on your eyelids with a shadow primer and put on a matte shadow shade that matches the colour of your skin. This is especially important as your lids won’t be so oily, which will prevent your makeup from ruining or spreading all over.

Step 1: Learn the shape of your eye. We are going to be tracing the upper lash line in our next steps. Visually decide how the eyeliner should look like in order to compliment your overall appearance and style.

Step 2: Draw a very thin line along your upper lash line, keeping close to the root of your eyelashes at the beginning and then curving the line towards the end of your eyebrow.

Step 3: Now it’s time to create the wing. Use the eyeliner to apply another line from the outer corner of the lid to the end of your brow.

Step 4: Connect the two lines together to make the eyeliner wing. Don’t be scare to go bold here, except if you have very small or hooded eyes, in this case try not to go overboard with the width as it’ll make your eyes look smaller.

Step 5: Then, use eyeliner to fill in the gaps. This makes the lasher look denser and adds impact to the eyes.

Step 6: Your eyeliner will stay in place longer if you take the time to curl your lashes. Apply lashings of mascara to finish off your feline gaze. Then add a pop of colour with a delicious matte liquid lipstick to give you a party-ready look instantly!
