And it has been proven that a person’s worst enemy is stress because it can lead to huge health problems. It has also been proven that cancer and stress are connected.

If you also are under a lot of stress, you could end up having some digestion problems and you can start gaining weight. You can also have some problems sleeping. This will show on your skin and you will start looking tired. Your skin will also lack this nice glow fresh and healthy skin has.

If you wonder how to get rid of stress, then you should better start doing some yoga. You may also try to calm yourself down by counting to ten and taking deep breaths as you do. You can also spend more time outside the big cities and have long walks in the nature. Or you can consider changing jobs. After all, health is one of the most important things a person has and they should really treasure it.

The next thing that takes a top place in our list is alcohol. It is no secret that alcohol is hardly good for people, especially some kind of drinks. And yet, there are a lot of people who continue drinking daily. One of the main disadvantages of alcohol is that dehydrates one’s body.

As a result one’s skin gets dry and wrinkles start appearing. Another thing that alcohol “destroys” is vitamin A which is a powerful antioxidant and it is good for the liver and as we all know, alcohol is not good for one’s liver.

So, if you do not want to get wrinkled prematurely, it is best to avoid drinking too much alcohol. And you can also try to stick to red wine if you drink any alcohol because it has some health benefits.

#4 No sun cream

The next bad habit in our list is a very common one. Even with all the advertisements and warnings that the sun could be dangerous, there are a lot of people who neglect this fact and do not apply sun cream at all. It is very important to apply sun cream during the summer, not only if you are at the beach or not.

The strong sun rays are not good for your skin and make it not only look older, but they really make it older. That is why you should turn your habit of forgetting to apply sun cream on into a habit of applying sun cream on during the summer. This is how you will help your skin look fresh and younger for a longer period of time.
