#1 Tying your hair in ponytails

And this habit goes not only for your face, but in a way for your hair as well. There are a lot of women who are so worried about the way their hair or their makeup that they cannot stop touching them. Or they are worried, or it is simply a habit of theirs to do it. Women do not realize it but when they touch their face, their hands are often dirty, or at least have germs. This way the germs get spread on their face.
