It is said that people should have fish at least once a week because it is very healthy and it contains minerals and vitamins one’s body needs. Fish is a type of food that is low in fat which also makes it perfect for people on a diet to have.
However, some people either forget having fish or just do not like it and their bodies lack not only the healthy ingredients that come from having fish, but also the great taste of it.
Some people think that they do not like fish because they have not tried many versions, probably only one type of fish that was not properly cooked and that may be the reason they did not like it.

Trout in an oven
2 trout fish
2 rosemary sticks
2 thyme sticks
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
2 teaspoons of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
¼ cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
salt to taste
pepper to taste
First you need to prepare a mixture of the ingredients you then are going to season the trout fish with. So get a bowl and mix in it the teaspoon of thyme and the teaspoon of rosemary. Then chop the parsley and then chop the garlic cloves. Add them into the bowl with the herbs.
Finally, you need to add the ¼ cup of olive oil and the tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix them all together nicely. And then the sauce for the trout fish will be ready.
The next thing you need to do is to get a baking tin and to lay some cooking foil on top of it. This way the fish will not stick to the tin. Then put the two trout fish in the tin. You, of course, need to make sure they are butterflied and the insides are removed. After this is done and the fish are washed, you can proceed with the cooking.
Once the fish are in the tin you need to season it with salt and black pepper to your taste. You also need to make sure you season the fish on each side including the inside part.
When pour the sauce over them and inside as well. Make sure you spread it evenly and for this reason you need to use your hands to do so.
Then, when the sauce is spread evenly on the two trout fish, you need to cut the lemon in pieces and to put the pieces inside the trout where you butterflied it. The number of the lemon pieces depends on the size of the trout. The bigger the trout, the more lemon pieces you are going to need.
When you are done adding lemon pieces, you should still have some place where to put the strings of rosemary and thyme. Put a string in each one of the two trout fish. And once this is done, the fish will be ready to be baked.
Put the baking tin in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 0C. You could check it from time to time while you are baking it to see if it is ready. And when it is ready take the tin out of the oven and wait for a couple of minutes for the fish to cool down before serving it.
