Girls all over the world face similar problems. For example, they do not want to wash their hair every day, but they do not want to have greasy hair as well. Or they want to eat their favorite caloric food and still have slim figures. These are just a small part of the problems girls have to deal with daily.

#1 Solution for smelly shoes

As much as embarrassing it can be, some girls have smelly feet. Do you have smelly feet? Do not worry, because it is not your fault, but it is your shoes fault. They are probably made of some cheap material and when you wear them too much, your feet absorb the awful smell. Sometimes washing them up will not help, neither will leaving them on the balcony for a couple of hours.

The best solution is to put them in the freezer. Just wrap them is some plastic bag so that the rest of the products do not have any contact with them and that you keep them protected in a way. Leave them in the freezer overnight and in the morning you will see that they are not smelly any more. This is because the minus temperature would have killed all the smell causing bacteria. You can be sure that this is much more effective than washing them.

#2 You want more volume in your hair

There are a lot of hair products that are made for adding more volume in your hair. In fact, you do not need them that much since there is a little trick you can try that will make your hair more voluminous than it is overnight. You need to tie your hair in a high ponytail and sleep overnight like this. And remember, it has to be a high one, on your crown, otherwise it will not work. So, when you wake up in the morning you will naturally have more volume than the previous night.

Another reason why it is better to sleep with your hair in a ponytail is that this way you keep it away from your face. As you know, hair should not be washed every day, so it is natural to have some germs on it which can be easily spread on your face while you are sleeping with your hair loose. As a result you may get some annoying zits.

#3 Remove sweat stains with lemon juice

Unfortunately, one of the not so good things about summer is that we sweat a lot. So, no matter how much deodorant you apply on your armpits, you are still going to sweat, it will just smell nice. So, when you have some sweat stains on your tops that you find hard to wash, you can easily remove the stains by applying some lemon juice on them. Rub it into the fabric a little and then you can put it in the washing machine. You will see there will be no traces left from the sweat after that.

#4 Solution for insomnia

There are a lot of reasons one can suffer from insomnia. Sometimes you feel sleepy and tired and you just want to fall asleep, but you cannot. If this happens to you, you can try counting sheep. This is one of the oldest tricks for falling asleep and it really works actually.

Another thing you can try is remembering the sleeping position you wake up in. I know it is quite hard to do it in the morning when you are still sleepy, but try to remember the position you wake up in, because this is the most comfortable one for you. When you have trouble falling asleep, just lie down in the same position you wake up in usually. This will help your body fall asleep faster.
