Not everything about beauty should be connected with chemistry and expensive products. Sometimes the solutions are hidden in some natural remedies without us even knowing it. So why not think about that and start applying some of those methods.
Aloe Vera for the pores
Aloe is good for your skin as a whole. It helps make your skin look healthier and not so tired. The clogged pores are something awful and we all hate them. The aloe vera juices help to remove the top layer of dead skin and moisturize the face.
Here is how: mix ½ cup of water with 1tbsp red tea, 1 tbsp aloe vera and 2tbsp rose water. Stir everything together.
This mix can last for a couple of months. To apply it grab a cotton pad and swipe on the skin.
Coconut oil for moisture
Do you ever get the itchy awful feeling on your skin because it is way too dry? Winter is a season that is the greatest enemy to your skin. And no matter what you do to protect it it is more likely to get this itchy feeling exactly now. To avoid it and make your skin soft you must use a moisturizer. But you should also know that coconut, jojoboa and almonds are a great natural moisturizer.
Here is how: ¼ cup coconut oil mixed with ½ cup of jojoba, ¼ cup of sweet almond oil and 4 Vit E capsules.
Mix the liquid parts and then squeeze the capsules. Shake the fluid in a bottle and apply to the whole body.
Baking soda for exfoliation
Exfoliation is one of the most important things we can do for our face. But we tend to forget it. It is not that much of a time consumer and it helps to have a softer and younger skin. Facial scrubs though are a bit pricey, especially if you are on a budget. But did you know that a face exfoliant is hidden in your kitchen? Baking soda is the solution! It kills the unneeded dead skin from the face, opens up the pores and is also antiseptic! Don’t even think about, just make the exfoliant and use it!
Here is how: 4tbsp baking soda and 1 tbsp water. Leave it for a couple of minutes and then you should have achieved a thin paste.
Apply it to your face in circular motion. After 2-3 minutes rinse it off with water. Finish with a dose of your hydrating face cream.
Mint to remove the pimples
Mint is a great ingredient for cosmetic products and for meals and drinks. Some people hate it – others can’t live without it. If you love it great. If not you should rethink your strategy, because mint can help you to shrink a pimple. It is an easy solution that doesn’t dry out hardly the skin.
Here is how: In a food processor add up some fresh mint leaves and a 1tsp of lemon juice. Pulse it!
Apply the mix you just got on your blemish for around 15 minutes. You can repeat the process up to twice a day until the awful pimple is gone!
