Cheesecake is one of the desserts that people all over the world love. It is a lighter kind of dessert that is not as filling as chocolate cake and one would still have room to eat their cheesecake dessert after having their dinner.
Today we have decided to show you how to make cheesecake on your own. After all, such a dessert deserves to be remembered and cooked not only in restaurants, but also in people’s homes. Here are the recipes! Which one do you like better?
10 biscuits or crackers
½ box of vanilla cake mix
1 pound of strawberries
8 ounces of cream cheese
1 cup of milk
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces of whipped topping

First, you need to get a cooking tin and apply some cooking oil on the bottom of it. Make sure you spread it evenly. After that you need to get the biscuits and to line them on the bottom of the tin. If the biscuits are too small then you may need to use more than 10.
Then use the vanilla cake mix and pour it on top of the biscuits spreading it evenly. And after that you simply need to bake it for 25-30 minutes at 175 0C. When the time is up and the vanilla cake mix is nicely baked, remove the tin from the oven and let it cool down.
You also need to make holes on top of the mixture, which need to be as big as your thumb. Make them at more or less equal space. When you are making the holes, you need to make sure that they do not go too deep, but about a centimeter down. When you are done with this, leave the mixture aside and move on to the next step.
First, wash the strawberries and remove the green leafs. Then put them in a bowl and blend them. You could use a blender or just a whisk. Turn them into a paste. Then add the milk, the cream cheese, and the condensed milk. Mix them all well until all the ingredients turn into a mixture.
When the mixture is ready all you need to do is pour it on top of the cake. And make sure you pour it evenly so there is enough mixture everywhere. After that you need to spread evenly the whipped topping on top of the cake.
And lastly, leave the cake to cool down in the fridge for 3 hours. Serve it garnished with cinnamon and strawberry pieces. And you are ready!
The next recipe is for those of you, who do not like baking cakes. It is also perfect for those of you who do not have a cooker. So, here is what you need to do.
2 cups of softened cream cheese
1 can of condensed milk
½ teaspoon of vanilla
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cookie pie crust (readymade)
First, you need to get a large bowl. Pour in it the cream cheese and mix it with the condensed milk. You will need a mixer for this purpose. Start mixing them at slow speed, and when the mixture is thick enough, you may increase the speed.
Then add the lemon juice and the vanilla and continue mixing the ingredients for a couple more minutes. Then get the readymade pie crust and pour the cheese mixture on top of it. If you like, you can make the pie crust on your own as well. Spread the mixture evenly on top. After that simply put it in the fridge for about 3 hours to chill. When the time is up, it is ready to be eaten.
And there is one more thing you could do when you are ready with this. You may decorate the cake with strawberries, kiwi fruit, or other kinds of fruits which you prefer.
