Water is essential for the organism and it is important that we supply our body with it daily. Many of us believe that milk, juice or carbonated drinks can keep us hydrated. But that’s not really true. Milk is a healthy drink, but juice and soft drinks are loaded with empty calories and sugar, along with other fillers and chemicals that are harmful to our health. In the fall and winter months we may not feel thirsty for water because of the cold weather, but the body will need fluids as much as in the summer. Therefore we present you some suggestions that will help you increase your fluid intake. Water will improve your overall health will help you in battling acne and keeping your skin healthy.

1. Add a slice of lemon for freshness

Some of people’s favorite ingredients are ginger and lemon. They have anti-inflammatory properties and contribute to good digestion. Water with lemons has fantastic health benefits – it helps to detox the body, relieves many problems with digestion and boosts the immune system. In fall it is better to add a few slices of ginger and lemon in a glass of warm water which you can drink in the morning or in the evening after a busy day.
