#1 Physical pain
The first of the signs that you should notice is when your body starts experiencing physical pain. It may be frequent headaches, or it may be some pain in your back, muscles, or simply feeling tired all the time. This is a sign that you should pay attention to your body. And you may simply need to take a break from all the things that happen around you. There could be any kinds of physical signs that you can think of. Your body is simply trying to show you that you need to relax and take care of your health.
#2 You cannot sleep well
The next sing is again a physical one and it is all about your sleep. In fact, a person’s sleeping condition may show what a person’s health is. If you cannot sleep well and you have a lot of nightmares and you wake up in the middle of the night without any obvious reason, then this means something is wrong with your physical state.
You are either too worried about a problem, or you are overstressed and your body cannot take the pressure and reacts in such way. If a person sleeps well then their psychological and physical condition is stable. And if not, one should turn their attention to their health.

One of the most obvious signs that someone is overstressed is their weight. If one starts to lose weight without trying to, it is probably because of their psychological state. You have probably noticed that when you are nervous you do not have much of an appetite. The same way you will start losing weight when your body is overstressed. Some people may think that this is a good thing since they would like to lose weight, but this is not a healthy way of doing it. And this is a sing that something is wrong. There are some people who generally cannot sit still especially when they have to do it for a long time. However, if you are not generally one of these people, then this may be a sing that your are overstressed. When people are under pressure, they cannot stay still. Usually when people want to lie down, they feel relaxed. If you notice this sudden change in your physical and psychological condition, then you should definitely think about your health and stop being so stressed, or simply find a way to relax.
#5 You have mood swings
The next sign that you are way too stressed than normal is your mood swings. Of course, everybody could have certain periods in their lives when they are happy and the next moment they are sad, but these periods should not be frequent. If you notice that you change your mood quite often and if this is not just a singular episode in your life, then think about your stress levels. You may simply be overstressed.
Stress is one of the main reasons for a lot of diseases. That is why it is best if you reduce stress in your life as much as possible. You may take some yoga classes, have a break from work, have a massage, or meditate. The sooner you do this, the better it will be for you.
#6 You have started having hair loss
Another sign which shows your body is overstressed is hair loss. Women tend to have hair loss in certain seasons, like fall and spring. However, if you notice that the amount of hair that is falling is way too much than what it used to be before, then this could be one of the signs of too high stress levels.
