Step 1: Begin this look by simply gathering all of your hair into a low, loose ponytail at the back of your head. Use a rubber band to secure the pony in place. If you have shorter layers or bangs, you can either pin them around with some bobby pins or leave them hanging loosely.

Step 2: Working with this ponytail, centre part your hair from the top and the whole way down to the nape of your neck. Pull each section up and twist around itself. Now, pull the ponytail all the way through the hole.

Step 3: Slide up the hair band to tighten for a strong hold. Repeat this step for the other ponytail.

Step 4: Now, use enough bobby pins to secure the tail of your ponytail on top of your head. This way when you are running on the treadmill or doing push-ups, your hair won’t be in your way!
