Step 1: After cleansing and moisturizing your face, even out the complexion with some base foundation and concealer. Do not rub it! Rather, gently pat it on your face from the centre outward. Since this is an eye-focused makeup look, prep your lids with an eyeshadow primer.
Step 2: Use your free hand to stretch your lid outward to make your lid smooth and wrinkle free. Take the liner brush and the liquid black liner and draw a thin contouring line from the inner corner of the eye to the outer one as it is shown in the picture. The common rule for winged liner is to trace the line that extends past your bottom lash line in an upwards direction, towards your brow. This flick technique can make all the difference.
Step 3: Use a soft brush to smudge the top line. This should create definition.Step 4: Redo these steps until the line become thicker and more visible.
Step 5: Now, grab your white eye pencil and fill in the inside of your lid. This bright base will make the main colour of the makeup pop out.
Step 6: After this, you need to take an angled brush dipped in blue shadow to apply the colour inside the lid. This means putting the shade above the white pencil.
Step 7: Then apply a dark brown colour above the crease in order to create a smoky effect of the makeup.
Step 8: Add white shadow to your inner corner.
Step 9: Now move to the bottom lid. Apply the other bright colour, such as intense yellow, just below the eyeliner line.
Step 10: Refine any lines with your liquid formula eyeliner.
Step 11: If you want to further highlight this summer makeup, consider using false eyelashes. To apply them correctly, place the strip on your eyelid, positioning it as close as possible to your natural lashes. Allow the glue to dry naturally.
Step 12: Lastly, add several coats of your favorite long-lasting mascara and you are ready to go! Apply 2 to 3 coats on both your top and bottom lashes. This will help achieve more natural, glamorous look by blending your natural lashes with the false ones.
