Who doesn’t know Ursula? You know the huge, purple octopus witch? Ursula the Sea Witch (simply known as Ursula) is the main antagonist of Disney’s 28th full-length animated feature film, The Little Mermaid, and one of the secondary antagonists in Mickey’s House of Villains. She is one of the most popular villains who appeared in sequels, video games, comic books, stage productions, or live-action adaptations of the original films. Even though we all disliked her when we were kids, we have to admit – her makeup was flawless! This is why we are going to show you the tricks and tips to get her unique makeup look! This Ursula makeup tutorial will have you looking like the best sea witch around at your Halloween party. Because why would you want to be a regular witch when you could be a sea witch? So let’s start this bewitching transformation!

Step 1: Begin with a clean, dry face. Apply primer to your skin.

Step 2: Apply dark purple shadow to the crease line.

Step 3: Make the colour more intense by applying more shadow on top. Gently distribute the shade across the crease line.

Step 4: Now take your blue makeup palette and apply intense blue shadow to the inner and outer corner of the lid.

Step 5: Fill in the empty part of your eyelid with light blue shadow.

Step 6: To recreate the Ursula look, you need to pack lighter shade of purple shadow between the blue and dark purple colours.

Step 7: Move your brush back and forth across the crease of your eye like a windshield wiper, blending the colour horizontally.

Step 8: Grab your liquid eyeliner and apply a thin, delicate line across your upper lash line.

Step 9: Curl your lashes first. Apply the curler to the base of your lashes and gently squeeze for about 10 seconds. Place the wand against the base of your lashes and wiggle it back and forth a little. You want the larger part of the product to be applied to the roots, which will make your lashes look longer and keep them from getting weighed down on the tips. Since this is an extravagant makeup look, you may consider applying mascara which is in blue or even purple.
