Everyone has their own style when deciding how to put their eyeliner on – from small, thick to flicked, the possibilities are endless! But let’s face it – creating the perfect winged eyeliner look has always been a challenge even for the most skilled makeup artists out there. Not to worry – this pictorial is here to help you achieve a flawless makeup every time you try to put your eyeliner on.
Step 1: Before you begin, apply makeup primer with infallible mattifying base to lock the shine in and enhance the final makeup result. Apply just a small amount on your eyes, working outwards for a flawless looking texture. If you’re going to apply eyeshadows, make sure you do it first so that the liner doesn’t get fallouts from other colours. So, apply pale shimmering shadow all over your eyelid as a base for your makeup.
Step 2: Starting from the inner corner of you upper eyelid, begin drawing a delicate line along your entire lash line. This way you can easily determine the width, length and look of your eyeliner.
Step 3: Next up, start creating the wing. Use your free hand to stretch your lid outward to make your lid smooth and wrinkle free. Then, grab your liquid eyeliner and draw a straight line from the outer corner of your eyelid towards the end of your eyebrow. This will create the flick.
Step 4: When you open your eyes it will create a little curve that follows along your crease line, leaving the same space between the crease and the whole liner. You can now decide the length and angle of your eye liner. If you want to make your eyeliner thick, draw a bigger triangle.
Step 5: Start filling up the triangle. Make sure that you color in any spaces between the lines. Several coats of your favorite long-lasting mascara and you are ready to go!
