Most men think that all women’s ultimate wish is to have a good boyfriend that does not cheat on them, but in fact, women say that their biggest dream is to eat as much as they want without gaining weight. I have to admit that I would also want to have this superpower, but since our bodies are not made this way we just have to get it over and start working out.

However, there are a lot of women who go on diets and do sports but it seems that they are not doing anything to lose weight because they cannot lose more than a pound. This may seem impossible to some of you, but it can really happen. So, today we have decided to go after the reasons why diets and training do not help one lose weight.

#1 You are under stress

Sometimes not only eating a lot can make you gain weight, but also your emotional state. There are some people who lose weight when they are under stress and others who simply gain more weight. Stress is a problem a lot of people try to deal with and it is very dangerous because it can also lead to a lot of diseases.

So, if you do not meet the results you want and you are trying hard to lose weight, you should first think about whether you have been under a lot of stress lately. Sometimes you may not realize it until you actually start thinking about it. And this be the key you are looking for.

#2 You do not sleep a lot

Another reason, why you may not lose the weight you want to, is lack of sleep. It is no secret that good night sleep plays a key role in one’s well-being. One needs to get their beauty sleep in order to feel well energized and to help their mind and boy do their job properly.

If you do not get enough sleep, though, and at the same time you are on a diet and you work out, you are stressing your body too much and it will not allow you to lose weight because it will try to protects its fat supplies in case you continue to stress it this way. If you sleep for about 7-8 hours a day, your body will have the energy needed to burn calories.

#3 You only have dinner

There are a lot of women who think that if they do not eat all day long, but just have dinner, they will actually lose weight. The truth is that it is not very healthy to eat late in the evening, or especially right before going to bed. You need to remember that eating after 6 pm is definitely not in favor of your weight, because this is the time of the day when the calories you have stay in your body.

Some people even say that if your dinner consists of 500 calories your body will feel it like they are 1000. As a result you will gain weight and not lose it. So, just try to avoid eating a lot of caloric foods at night.

#4 What do you actually eat?

Some people may think that they are having the healthiest diet in the world, but they may be following some myths about healthy foods with little calories. There is another reason why your diet may get in your way of your losing weight – your body simply tries to protect its supplies.

When you decide to go on a diet, your body feels threatened and does everything it can to keep its fats. That is why it is best to forget all about dieting and to concentrate on healthy eating instead. This way you will give your body enough minerals and vitamins and will not feel starving which is a number one enemy to losing weight.

Healthy lifestyle and doing sports are the two main things which will help you lose weight and be healthy, strong, and full of energy.
