Holidays are the ideal time to experiment with different eye makeup looks until you discover that perfect effect will make your eyes pop. This tutorial will show you how to achieve the magnificent turquoise cut crease eye effect.
Step 1: Before you begin, apply makeup primer with infallible mattifying base to lock the shine in and enhance the final makeup result. Apply just a small amount on your skin, working outwards for a flawless looking texture. Then, dip your small makeup brush in dark brown shadow and apply the colour slightly above your crease line. Do not forget to follow the natural shape of your eyelid.
Step 2: Use a fluffy brush to smooth the brownish eyeshadow across your crease line in a windshield-wiper motion to achieve an intense color.
Step 3: Apply turquoise eyeshadow all over your eyelid, just below the crease line. This type of product should hold tightly to pigment and give the formula its glide.
Step 4: Then, grab your waterproof eye liner and outline your upper lash line. To do this, gently run your liner from the inner corner and finish it all the way to the outer corner.
Step 5: Take a small brush dipped in black shadow to distribute the colour below your waterline. You can blow on the brush after dipping it into the shadow to ensure you won’t ruin your eye makeup with unwanted shadow dust.
Step 6: Now it’s time to place your favourite false lashes to make this eye makeup even more glamorous. If you’re in love with a pair of full strip lashes but can’t seem to get them on correctly, try cutting them up a bit so they can be the ideal length. Then, use fingers to place the strip on your eyelid. Aim for the base of your natural lash line, right on top of your real lashes. Last but not least, add several coats of your long-lasting mascara to wrap up the final turquoise makeup effect.
